How to Use AI to Build a Curriculum Organizations Will Pay to License

About The Webinar

You have taught the same material more than once. You have built the slides, run the workshop, answered the same questions, and started over again with the next group.

There is a version of this where you build it one time and get paid for it again and again.

Organizations license training every day. They need it, they do not have the staff to build it, and they have budget lines that already exist for exactly this. Most experts never find out, because nobody tells them the model is there.

This training shows you how it works.

What This Training Covers

Why licensing works when nothing else does

The average cost to develop one hour of continuing education content runs $5,000 to $10,000. The average time is 20 to 40 hours before anyone teaches a single class. Organizations know that math. It is why they buy instead of build, and it is why your finished curriculum is worth more than you think.

The eighteen licensing models

There are eighteen ways to license intellectual property. Most people have heard of one. We will walk through the ones that fit training material and how to pick the right structure for what you have built.

How to price it

Our first license sold for $5,000 when we first got started. Today, our largest package licences for $100,000. The training covers how the price moved, when to raise it, why white label commands three to four times your base rate, and the exact rule for knowing your number is too low.

Using AI to build the curriculum in the first place

Tools, workflows, and prompts for turning what you know into modules, lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides. AI does the assembly. Your expertise stays the source.

Protecting what you build

Copyright and trademark in plain language. What each one costs, how long each takes, what you can do yourself, and what needs a lawyer.

The pitch

How a licensing conversation is structured, what to say before you name a price, and how to hold your number when someone pushes back.

Who's This Perfect For

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

✔ You have training material you have taught more than once

✔ You are tired of getting paid one time for work you did once

✔ You have wondered whether organizations would pay for what you built

✔ You are a subject matter expert, curriculum developer, instructional designer, coach, or consultant in any field

The training is industry agnostic. The room where this was recorded included people from renewable energy, engineering, cybersecurity, public health, and small business operations. The model works the same in all of them.

About the Presenter

Quisha Umemba is the CEO of Umemba Health, an educational technology company that helps organizations and mission-driven leaders build, deliver, and scale training that actually works.

She is a self-taught instructional designer and a nationally recognized curriculum developer. Over the past six years, she has built and licensed curriculum used by more than 300 organizations, training over 5,000 Community Health Workers across the country.

Quisha now spends much of her time helping trainers, curriculum developers, and consultants use AI the right way, as a tool that makes their expertise go further, not something that replaces the work only they can do.

work smarter. not harder.

You already did the hard part. The curriculum exists, the expertise is real, and the material has been tested in front of actual people.

What is missing is knowing that a buyer exists, what to charge, and how to ask. That is worth one hour and forty five minutes of your time.

Instant access. Yours to keep. All three bonus resources included.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the replay purchase?

You'll get full access to the recorded session, the slide deck, transcript, and the Curriculum Customization Workbook, which walks through much of what's covered in the training in more detail.

Is this only for healthcare or CHW trainers?

No. While the live examples come from a Community Health Worker curriculum, the process applies to any training or curriculum work, food service, hairstyling, case management, corporate training, and beyond. If you're a trainer in your industry, the same workflow applies.

Do I need to already have a curriculum to get value from this?

It helps, but it's not required. The training focuses on customizing existing content for a new audience, so it's most useful if you already have a course or curriculum you're working from, or one you're building toward.

What's the difference between a course and a curriculum?

A course is something one person can go through, often self-paced or something you're personally teaching. A curriculum includes everything needed for someone else to teach it too, handouts, a facilitator guide, and assessments. This training touches on both, but focuses mainly on full curriculum customization.

Does the training cover the tools and prompts used in the actual project?

Yes. You'll see the type of AI workflow used to review content and recommend changes, along with where human review stayed part of the process at every step.

How long is the training?

The recording runs 90 minutes.

Is there support after I watch the replay?

Yes. If you have questions about your own curriculum after watching, you can reach out to schedule a quick connect call to figure out the right next step for you.
