Each year, during the month of March, we focus on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. This year's theme for National Nutrition Month is Eat Right, Bite by Bite. Each week, in honor of Nutrition Month, a new video will be uploaded inside the Umemba Health Academy. More information on the themes and weekly activity is below.
