The 90 Second SMILE Protocol: Improving Patient Outcomes with Integrated Oral Health Care will be presented by Dr. Susan Stukes of Sevalife Integrated Wellness. This training for will show non-dental professionals how oral health affects overall health and how to recognize the red flags of poor oral health and refer to the appropriate follow-up care.
The first event of it's kind, the People of COLOR Living with Diabetes Virtual Summit provides education, resources, empowerment and community among black and brown people and allies living with, and managing prediabetes, type one diabetes, and type two diabetes. Cultural Competency has never been more important than it is now. Umemba Health, LLC will host A Cultural Competency Training Series with Community Health Training Institute. Workshop #1 will be held on July 18 from 10:00-12:00 CST. Workshop #2 will be held on August 1st from 10:00-12:00 CST.
